You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before use
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elamon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
